About the Author
Sylvia Long is a renowned children's book illustrator. She has illustrated over 50 books, including the best-selling Mother Goose collection. Long's artwork has been praised for its beauty, whimsy, and imagination.
Long was born in England in 1951. She studied art at the Royal College of Art in London. After graduating, she worked as a commercial illustrator before turning to children's book illustration.
